Associate Process Quality Engineer, long term contract position.

What You Will Do:
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to verify product conformity.
  • Develop and optimise inspection plans, procedures, and reports for new and existing projects.
  • Participate in Engineering Design Reviews, providing quality insights on inspection feasibility and producibility.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Support the design and implementation of inspection equipment and fixturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing NPI team.
What You Will Bring:
  • Extensive experience in a quality environment within the aerospace / engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
  • Extensive knowledge of manual and automated inspection tools, including CMM and vision systems.
  • Experience working within an AS9100 aerospace quality system and familiarity with AS9102 FAIR processes.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
