The Opportunity

Consultative Sales:
Engage clients with a solutions-focused approach, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored, compliant solutions
Business Development:
Identify and develop new opportunities, building long-term, value-driven relationships within the waste and aggregates sector
Compliance & Technical Expertise:
Navigate complex regulations, waste codes, and technical standards to ensure all solutions meet industry and environmental requirements

Innovation: Work closely with technical and operational teams to reclassify materials, support lab testing, and help clients transition from waste to product
Trusted Advisor:
Act as a technical expert, providing insight and commercial creativity to shape the future of resource management

What You’ll Bring

Industry

Experience:

Proven background in the waste or aggregates industry, with a strong understanding of compliance, technical processes, and waste codes.
Consultative Sales

Skills:

Experience in solution-based sales, ideally with a track record of delivering value in regulated environments.

Ability to interpret technical data, compliance specifications, and regulatory requirements.
