EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting a skilled Quality Inspector to join an exciting company located in Wolverhampton, working on a permanent basis.

Due to the nature of the work & industries supported within this position, candidates may be subject to requiring security clearances, therefore, our client is unable to support visa applications from residents outside of the UK. Only applications meeting this criteria will be considered.

Days and Afternoons with an early finish on Fridays

Your responsibilities include:

* Completing goods-in, intermediate and final Inspections

* Raising Non-Conformance Reports as necessary

* Maintaining inspection and quality records in line with customer requirements

* Liaising with a variety of departments

Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:

* Experience of carrying out inspections using portable metrology equipment - Faro Arm would be advantageous

* Reading and interpreting schematic drawings and specifications relating to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

* Strong IT skills with programs relating to spreadsheets, word processing and databases

Desirable:

* Experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships

* Experience in carrying out internal audits
