Due to recently winning new contracts, a respected name within the Water Treatment / Hygiene industry is seeking a multi-skilled Water Treatment / Remedial Engineer. You will be providing high levels of technical services to clients, such as: installations and replacements of components, servicing of existing systems and PPM ACOP L8 compliance duties. The company have a strong presence in the Midlands and are able to offer fantastic further training within the industry.

You will be travelling across:
Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Halesowen, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Stourbridge, Solihull, Stafford, Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coventry, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa, Redditch, Bromgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Swadlincote, Leicester, Coalville, Loughborough, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Nottingham, Burton upon Trent, Derby.

• Proven experience working as a Water Treatment / Remedial Engineer
• Must hold the NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Plumbing
• Ideally will hold the G3 Unvented ticket
• Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Will have worked across a range of client sites
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Comfortable using IT software to complete reports

• Installations and replacements of CWST, TMVs and POU heaters
• Removals of deadlegs
• Installing and servicing unvented cylinders
• Calorifier inspections and disinfections
• Servicing of water softeners
• Installing dosing pots
• Cleans and disinfections on CWST and shower heads
• Water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Producing detailed service reports
• Inspecting systems to fault‑find and make technical recommendations for repairs/replacements
• Providing detailed technical advice to clients
