Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
- Experience on MEP projects / construction / Data centres
- Conduct model federation, clash detection, and coordination reviews.
- Ensure all models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of BEPs, model deliverables, and data standards.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and manage model issue resolution.
- Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC, Revizto).
- Provide BIM support and training to design and project teams.
- Generate drawings, schedules, and data exports from models as required.
- Degree / diploma in Engineering, or Construction.
