Clark Wood are delighted to be partnering with a leading firm of accountants in Wolverhampton who due to internal growth are looking for a OMB Mixed Tax Manager to join their growing team.

Our client, a dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants in Wolverhampton, specialises in supporting small and medium‑sized owner‑managed businesses (OMBs). They are currently seeking an Accounts & Tax Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all compliance work.

This is a client‑facing role ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in personal and corporate Tax. You will manage a portfolio primarily comprising OMBs and SMEs, delivering high‑quality service while supporting and mentoring junior staff where required.

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of owner‑managed businesses and SMEs
• Prepare and review statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Complete personal and corporate tax returns accurately and on time
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
• Identify opportunities for advisory work within the client portfolio

• ATT or CTA Qualified
• Experienced in both personal and corporate tax
