Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Wolverhampton
Salary :
Up to £28,000 basic + commission
OTE : £55,000 – £65,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a respected whole-of-market brokerage in Wolverhampton, offering a flexible hybrid working model, consistent 7–10 quality leads per week, and strong high earnings potential.
The Role- 3 days in the Wolverhampton estate agency office, 2 days remote
- Whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
- High-quality leads provided weekly
- Full admin & compliance support so you can focus on advising
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Broker
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Clean credit & full UK driving licence
- Hybrid working
- OTE £55k–£65k
- Consistent leads
- Career growth in a long-standing brokerage
