Position: Accounts Assistant (Temporary)
Hours:

Day shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

Typical duties may include:

Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions, including invoicing and reconciliation

Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes

Preparing financial reports, statements, and management information

Managing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow

Supporting payroll processing and expense management

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an accounts or finance-based role

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Good working knowledge of accounting software and Excel
