ESNEFT seeks a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our community rehabilitation inpatient services across multiple sites, including Bluebird Lodge, Felixstowe Community Hospital, Aldeburgh Community Hospital and Avocet Court. The role is fixed-term for 6 months, 37.5 hours per week, with base at one site and rotation to others as demand requires.
You will work within the Therapy team to progress discharge to assess pathways for in-patients, supporting timely and appropriate discharges and ensuring
