This is a key position where you will spearhead recruitment initiatives, focusing on attracting prospective students from schools and colleges. You'll oversee a talented team, including Recruitment Coordinators and Event Assistants, ensuring a seamless student journey from awareness to enrolment.

• Lead and Inspire:
  Manage the UK Recruitment team and drive the implementation of a robust UK recruitment strategy.
• Engage with Schools and Colleges:
  Develop and enhance relationships with educational institutions to boost recruitment efforts.
• Strategic Planning:
  Collaborate with faculties to craft tailored recruitment plans that align with university objectives.
• Event Management:
  Oversee on-campus activities such as open days, tours, and taster sessions, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Data-Driven Insights:
  Provide reports on recruitment activities, assessing the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within higher education.
