HR Officer – Future Generation Trust
37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks.
Grade 8 – £33,699–£38,220 (Full Time, Whole Year Equivalent).
To commence as soon as possible.
Permanent.
Central Office, Essington, Wolverhampton.
Future Generation Trust (FGT) is a growing Trust of seven primary phase academies in Staffordshire. It aims to create a strong positive culture in all its academies, delivering valuable life skills, high levels of achievement, confidence and a love of learning through quality teaching, care and support.
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Officer will:
- Responsibly handle the day‑to‑day operation of the HR function for the Trust, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Support Trustees, Central Team members and Academy Senior Leadership Teams in all aspects of people management.
- Assist academy leaders with their recruitment needs.
- Liaise with the Trust’s HR consultants as required.
