Recruitment is a sales-driven career
. You’ll be responsible for:

• Winning new business and developing client relationships
• Selling recruitment solutions and negotiating terms
• Building a strong network of candidates and matching them to opportunities
• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

Your success will come from your ability to sell, influence, and build trust

• Experience in a phone-based office role (essential)
• Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Comfortable embracing technology and digital tools
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (client visits required)
• A commitment to developing a long-term career in recruitment
