Salary: Competitive basic (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Location: Wolverhampton (covering West Midlands, Staffordshire & Shropshire)

- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Selling recruitment solutions and negotiating terms
- Building a strong network of candidates and matching them to opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

- Experience in a phone-based office role (essential)
- Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Comfortable embracing technology and digital tools
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (client visits required)
- A commitment to developing a long-term career in recruitment
Experience in recruitment is not essential – we provide full training and support. If you have the right attitude and ambition, we’ll help you succeed.
