About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced technology leader to head IT operations across the region. This pivotal role will drive strategic IT initiatives, oversee infrastructure and applications, and ensure seamless service delivery to enable business growth. You will lead a high-performing team, champion cultural change, and integrate systems and processes to create a unified, agile IT function.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Lead and develop a regional IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
 
* Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
 
* Drive integration of systems, processes, and teams to eliminate fragmentation.
 
* Oversee ERP strategy and execution
 
* Manage IT budgets, contracts, and service provision.
 
* Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO).
 
* Deliver infrastructure and application projects on time and within budget.
 
* Champion innovation and transformation to accelerate business performance.
