We’re looking for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to deliver high‑quality planned and responsive repairs in tenants’ homes and on construction sites. The role covers a broad range of work, including refurbishments, damp repairs, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and decorating, landscaping, and plastering. You’ll provide reliable service during core hours, with flexibility to support out‑of‑hours work when needed. You’ll manage your own workload, work safely with a range of tools and equipment, and be keen to develop new skills.

Supporting apprentices and trainees will also be part of the role.
