• Manage, recruit, and train staff.
• Handle customer concerns and drive membership growth.
• Prepare reports and attend meetings.
• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the centre.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a leisure facility.
• First aid qualifications – being a registered first aider is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Essential: an NPLQ qualification.
