Responsibilities- Manage, recruit, and train staff.
- Handle customer concerns and drive membership growth.
- Prepare reports and attend meetings.
- Lead the day‑to‑day running of the centre.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a leisure facility.
- First aid qualifications – being a registered first aider is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Essential: an NPLQ qualification.
- Alignment with the Real Living Wage foundation.
