Seymour John have been exclusively retained to support a well-established business in the Wolverhampton area seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments can lead multiple projects from concept to completion and manage high-impact initiatives that truly make a difference all within a culture that values trust autonomy and personal growth.

Reporting to the PMO Manager you will play a key role in planning, executing and delivering projects that drive the company’s growth and strategic objectives. You will ensure each project is completed on time within scope and budget and that all business‑critical initiatives are delivered successfully.

• Partnering with project owners to define clear objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Working closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared business goals.
• Overseeing project resources, timelines, risks and scope to maintain smooth execution.
• Inspiring and influencing teams across the business to deliver results.
• Continuously improving and adhering to the New Product Development process.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects in the manufacturing or engineering sector. You will thrive in fast‑paced environments, drive projects forward with focus and impact and be capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. You must be confident, adaptable and detail‑focused, motivated by purpose‑driven work and take ownership of your commitment to safety, innovation and excellence.
