Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager ready for an exciting leadership role A strong secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a School Business Manager to oversee finance HR operations and compliance from January 2026 .

This senior full-time permanent role includes managing the schools financial strategy overseeing HR processes leading administrative and site teams ensuring health & safety compliance and contributing to school improvement planning. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership.

The school is known for excellent academic outcomes strong pastoral systems and a highly professional leadership team. Staff feel valued and supported and the Business Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence.
