I54 - Spray Cell Operative - Split Shift

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Spray Cell Operative working across our two day shifts (Monday
- Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm).

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for :

Operating and maintaining our robotic spray systems to apply engobe undercoat and glaze paint to clay sinks with precision and consistency. You’ll ensure every sink meets our exacting standards before it moves to the kiln department, taking pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Operating automated or robotic spraying equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Performing detailed inspections and quality checks.
• Following SOPs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and PPE compliance.

• Previous experience in robotic or automated spraying (e.g. automotive or ceramics).
• A solid understanding of spray techniques and finishing processes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
