We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Paint Sprayer to join our re-manufacturing team at our state‑of‑the‑art Wolverhampton facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wet paint spraying of components, ensuring adherence to Paint Process specifications for impeccable quality compliance.

• Setting up paint equipment.
• Manual paint spraying of aluminium, stainless steel, titanium parts.
• Applying primer coats, basecoats, and lacquers.
• Carrying out quality checks.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of the use of viscosity cups.

Maintain and wear all PPE.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to maintain high‑quality standards under pressure.
• Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
• Proficiency in using specialist equipment, polishing machines, spray guns, air compressors, and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Previous experience as a paint sprayer.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality compliance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Prior metal finishing, automotive refinishing, jewellery polishing or watch‑repair background.
• Experience with spray painting or powder coating (small components, not just large panels).
• Familiarity with polishing machines, buffing wheels and abrasives.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Understanding of surface preparation for coatings (cleaning, masking, degreasing).
