The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Spot Welder on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton area
Role:Spot Welder
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours of Work:- Monday to Thursday:
07:00 - 15:30 - Friday:
07:00 - 14:30 - Overtime available at weekends
- Operating spot welding machinery safely and efficiently
- Welding metal components to specification and quality standards
- Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products
- Reading and following basic engineering drawings
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a production team to meet targets
- Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rota)
