  • Ability to weld comfortably in 3G (PF) positions.
  • Significant experience working in a manufacturing, metal‑working aluminium environment.
  • Weld Approval Test Certificate.
  • Relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds qualification.

  • Discounted car purchase scheme (family members included).
  • 52‑week maternity leave policy and 4‑week paternity leave policy; other parental leave policies are available.
  • Competitive pension.
  • JLR company performance‑related bonus.
  • Employee learning scheme funding for education, training and other personal skill development activities.
  • Access to employee‑led support and social networks.

We work hard to nurture a culture that is inclusive and welcoming to all. Reasonable adjustments can be accommodated during the recruitment process; discuss these with your recruiter.
