* Work Schedule:

** Onsite – Wolverhampton, G  You’ll play a critical role in assessing risk, ensuring process conformity, and enhancing product quality through hands-on inspection, collaboration, and problem-solving. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, technical depth, and cross-functional teamwork.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Plan and execute audits to evaluate process effectiveness and operator competency
* Assist in training operators on quality procedures and inspection methods
* Provide technical guidance to operators on workmanship standards
* Support Business Systems and product audits as needed
* Collaborate on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
* Report findings and improvement opportunities to Management
* Sample inspect parts using advanced inspection techniques
** What You’ll Bring
*** Associate’s degree in a technological field or equivalent technical training (e.g., apprenticeship)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in precision machining, assembly, or test processes
* Experience in auditing techniques and statistical sampling methods
* Strong proficiency in inspection techniques, gaging, and test equipment
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
