We are a global leading manufacturer of machined components and are looking for a competent Supervisor to lead a team of five quality inspectors and ensure that all products meet and exceed customer requirements.

• Leading a team of five inspectors
• Calibrating hand‑held measuring equipment
• Inspection of incoming stock
• Inspection of goods being sent to or returned from sub‑contract suppliers
• Inspection of machined items, including first‑off, patrol and final inspection
• Final inspection of goods before release for despatch to the customer
• Providing cover and assistance to other members of the Quality Department
• Ensuring personal safety and that of others
• Cooperating with employers on OH&S duties

• 2–5 years experience within a quality supervisory capacity (Essential)
• Ability to use thread gauges, micrometres and shadow graphs (Essential)
• Knowledge of inspection techniques (Essential)
• Self‑motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills to build good relationships
