Culinary Development Manager – Concessions & Concepts

Are you passionate about turning food trends, insight and creativity into menus that really perform? We’re looking for a Culinary Development Manager to shape and deliver exciting, commercially strong food concepts that customers love and operators can execute brilliantly.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where innovation meets operational reality — and no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing…

• Leading recipe and concept development to rollout across all sectors
• Supporting concessions sector with recipe and menu development
• Turning food trends, customer insight and market data into compelling, scalable menu propositions
• Partnering closely with sector chefs, operations, marketing and purchasing to deliver great food — on time and on budget
• Testing, refining and launching recipes that balance taste, cost, nutrition and operational ease
• Supporting sites with training, mobilisation and menu launches, spending time where it matters most — in the field
• Driving continuous improvement through feedback, data and a strong commercial lens
• Leading recipe and concept development to rollout across all sectors
• Supporting concessions sector with recipe and menu development

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

• Strong culinary and operational experience, with a proven track record in menu or concept development
• A sharp commercial mindset — confident working with costings, margins, SKUs and sales data
• Knowledge of food legislation, allergens and calorie labelling, with quality and compliance front of mind
• Confidence influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• Curiosity, creativity and a passion for food trends, innovation and great customer experiences
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to turn ideas into action
