Retail Supervisor – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Wednesfield, West Midlands. The role offers a permanent 39‑hour full‑time position, with flexible shifts across five days per week, including weekends.

• Hourly pay rate: £13.11
• Guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week (£511 per week); overtime may be available.

• Support the manager as part of the management team and lead the shop to run efficiently.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries worked quickly and shop routines completed to maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

• Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is desirable, but we welcome applicants ready to step into retail management.
