Join haart Estate Agents as a Trainee Estate Agent in Wolverhampton.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and customer‑focused individual to join our high‑performing team. In this role you will focus on canvassing and prospecting for new business, building strong client relationships, and representing our agency within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Act as the custodian of Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities.
  • Use ROSIE software to maintain outbound call volumes and keep in touch with valuation opportunities.
  • Ensure all call‑out campaigns are fulfilled and operating standards maintained.
  • Attend the morning meeting with updates on the valuation pipeline.
  • Lead canvassing champion: implement a structured door‑knocking and zoning strategy, track new listings and opportunities.
  • Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager for coaching and business development.
  • Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager.
  • Respond to intranet leads and communicate with local owners through ROSIE.
  • Generate referral business through exceptional customer engagement.
  • Conduct local canvassing and prospecting: social media, door‑knocking, telephone, leaflet distribution, and personal brand building.
  • Take inbound calls, ensuring registration, identification of valuation, viewing, and financial services opportunities, and closing them.
Compensation & Benefits
  • £25,000 basic salary.
  • Target earnings of £42,000 per year.

  • Full‑time hours: 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m. four weekdays per week, and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. every Saturday.

Training & Development
  • Week‑long induction at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
  • Purpose‑built training with one‑to‑one & group sessions.
  • Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts.
  • Fully‑paid hotel stay during training (depending on travel time and distance).
  • Second week at the L&D Centre within first 5‑6 weeks of employment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Own vehicle in good condition and proof of business insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Pass proof of right to work: passport or birth certificate.
