Salary: £30,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

About the Role

Our trade client based in Wolverhampton is currently seeking a motivated and positive Internal Sales Operative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or progress a career in sales within a supportive and professional trade environment.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided both on-site and at the Head Office. However, previous experience in telephone-based roles or within a trade environment would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

· Telephone-based internal sales (warm calling only)

· Processing online orders

· Sales support within a retail/trade environment

· General administration duties

· Raising and managing purchase orders

· Maintaining strong customer relationships

Candidate Requirements

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Confident telephone manner

· Willingness to learn and develop

· Good organisational and administrative skills

· A driving licence is preferred but not essential
