What you will do:

• Lead and manage a staff team, coordinating casework with children and their families.
• Oversee a caseload inclusive of complex and higher risk cases to support family independence and well-being.
• Act as the Family Help Lead Practitioner, maintaining and enhancing casework quality.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of the Partnership Manager when they are unavailable.
• Work within a multidisciplinary management team to contribute to a fully integrated service.
• Support the strategic and operational development of the Family Hub.
