What you will do:

• Work collaboratively within the MASH team to assess, plan and implement safeguarding strategies.
• Conduct detailed assessments and gather important data to inform decision‑making.
• Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partners, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Liaise with multi‑agency partners to ensure coordinated responses to safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive records and produce detailed reports to support case management and reviews.
• Engage with families to provide thorough support and guidance during challenging times.
