Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. The role keeps the UK moving, delivering expert mechanical repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the West Midlands.

• Provide rapid response to roadside emergencies, including flat batteries, tyre changes, and fault‑finding.
• Deliver high‑quality mechanical repairs and vehicle diagnostics to members on the go.
• Maintain accurate records, equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Work independently from your own RAC van, using fuel card, uniform, and diagnostic kit.

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and proven technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
• A customer‑focused approach and strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

• Competitive base salary of £35,000 with realistic OTE of £60,000 and bonus opportunities.
