Retail Assistant – ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Assistant (25 hours per week) to deliver exceptional customer service for our Defence clients. The successful candidate will work as the face of our business and help employees feel supported.

• Serving customers and providing an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Being knowledgeable about our services and helping customers with natural, engaging service.
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Handling cash and operating the cash register.
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations.

• Passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Excellent team player with great communication skills.
• Desire to succeed in their role.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Great timekeeping and reliability.
