37 hours per week (Monday–Friday) during the induction period, increasing to 40 hours per week (Tuesday–Friday) from 1 June 2026.

During induction (37 hrs): £31,537 – £34,434 per annum.
From 1 June 2026 (40 hrs): £34,094 – £37,225 per annum.

Permanent. Proposed start date: 2 March 2026.

We are seeking a Refuse HGV Driver/Loader to drive HGV refuse collection vehicles and load refuse, recycling, garden, food waste, and sacks onto the lorry, prioritising health, safety and customer care. The Driver is also charge hand for the vehicle and crew, and assists with in‑cab technology to ensure accurate route information.

• Drive HGV refuse collection vehicles.

• Full UK Driver’s Licence.
• LGV Class 2 Category C licence.
• Valid driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
