Patient Service Associate

Salary:Up to $2.2k

Contract Period:
3-Month Contract [subject to contract extension or permanent conversion]

Working schedule:
5.8 days' work week / 8.30 am to 6 pm

Location:
Woodlands

• Perform counter duties such as application of medical records, registration of elective admissions, general admission queries, referrals to Medical Social Services and etc
• Manage patient / Next of Kin’s feedback and enquiries
• Provide information and concierge service
• Ensure all information is kept confidential, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal control
• Reconcile daily monetary transactions
• Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
• Promote use of automated or self-help services
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Possess at least O levels with minimum 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Specialist Outpatient Clinic or related healthcare experience will be an advantage
• To be comfortable in using mobile apps, web services and other communication technology
• Commit to exceeding both internal and external customers’ needs. Proactively identify customer needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organization.
• To anticipate patients’ needs and expectations, and elicit feedback from customers to improve service
• Able to withstand long hours of standing/ walking
