5 days Mon to Fri | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (for LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
- Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
- Arrange courier of samples and documents
- Prepare shipping marking
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation processes in a timely manner and comply with customers’ requirements
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Other ad‑hoc duties assigned
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience
