Our client in the public accounting / bookkeeping space has been a successful entrepreneur for over 15 years. They pride themselves on working with individuals and small businesses offering services including bookkeeping, income tax filings and returns, estate planning, payroll services and more.

Senior Staff Accountant

Location:

Tillsonburg
Salary: $65,000-$90,000 + other benefits and perks

This role will assist with managing a large book of established business and those relationships. This is a small office where you must work independently and efficiently in a very busy environment.

• T1, T2 and T3 Filings
• Full service bookkeeping for small businesses including year end close
• HST filings
• Payroll and some HR services
• Estate Planning
• Government Audit assistance

• CPA designation
• Minimum 4+ years experience in a full service bookkeeping or public accounting role
• Solid experience of personal and small business income tax filings
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in accounting systems including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Quick Books, and various Tax softwares
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
