This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the water industry's most critical challenges while developing your expertise across data, network operations, and strategic resolution planning. The RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations while supporting essential safety, compliance, and administrative processes across the business.
Responsibilities- Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate employee.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Greet visitors, announce their arrival to relevant staff, and provide refreshments.
- Arrange parcel collections and dispatch via DHL.
- Book meeting rooms and maintain the weekly “Whereabouts in Office” calendar.
- Order office stationery through Lyreco and monitor stock levels.
- Log Near Miss reports on the Easy Bop spreadsheet and chase outstanding actions to ensure timely close‑out.
- Upload completed site audits to the Site Audit Summary on Easy Bop and follow up with managers on any outstanding actions.
- Input training feedback forms into tracking spreadsheets and upload documents to Easy Bop; file hard copies of employee training certificates and create new files for leavers’ folders.
- Handle complaints received from the public, clients, and other stakeholders; allocate them to relevant departments, identify correct departments using internal tools (e.g., Lightfoot), and update the Complaints Register.
- Maintain the Compliments Register and upload supporting evidence to Easy Bop; update the Worcester depot display board with monthly compliments.
- Prepare induction packs, coordinate distribution of the quarterly newsletter to all OnSite employees, print s for CSCS applications, and maintain the weekly Vehicle Safety Checklist report.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data input.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as Easy Bop is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Positive, helpful attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business.
