School Office Administrator – Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Primary School

Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company REQUIRES an immediate start for this role. Salary is Grade 4 SCP 5-6 (£25,583-£25,989) full‑time year‑round, with a pro‑rata adjustment if part‑time.

Working hours:

37 hours per week, 5 days, 39 weeks (TTO + 5 training days).

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our school vision by supporting the day‑to‑day administrative activities at the school, working with teachers and support staff to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries.
  • Managing school registers, attendance and safeguarding records.
  • Assisting with lesson planning, timetable creation and resource allocation.
  • Supporting finance and procurement activities.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team on school events and communication.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and ambitious office administrator who is talented, dynamic and able to strengthen our already strong office provision.
