About Us:

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.

The Role:

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our construction and installation teams by managing documentation, scheduling, supplier coordination, and client communication. You’ll play a key role within the administration team, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support across construction and installation projects

* Assist with scheduling of installations, deliveries, and contractor site visits

* As one of the administrators you will prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, H&S paperwork, and compliance records.

* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate timelines and logistics

* Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met

* Maintain digital and physical filing systems

* Support the team with general office duties as needed

About You:

* As an Administrator you will have proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in construction, double glazing or the building industry, however this is not essential.

* Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management or CRM software is a plus

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
