Administrator – Financial Services
Full Time | £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Head turner Search are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, values-led professional services firm based in the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive Administrator to join a collaborative and forward‑thinking business that truly values its people. You'll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly while being part of a team that believes relationships matter just as much as results.
The RoleThis is a pivotal support role within the practice, working closely with accountants and managers to ensure day‑to‑day operations run efficiently and clients receive an excellent service.
- Managing client correspondence via email, phone and post
- Preparing, formatting and maintaining documents, reports and compliance paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records and organised filing systems
- Assisting with Companies House submissions and client onboarding
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration
Credit control duties
You'll be someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys supporting others and thrives in a professional environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- A professional, client‑focused approach
- Previous administration experience within financial or professional services
