Due to continued success and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering a variety of sites along the M5 corridor.

• Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG
  264
• Sampling and recording asbestos‑containing materials (ACMs) accurately and safely
• Producing detailed, compliant survey reports
• Liaising with clients to provide professional advice on asbestos management and control
• Ensuring all work meets company procedures, UKAS standards and current legislation

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) - essential
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor across multiple property types
• Good working knowledge of HSG
  264 and current asbestos legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Full UK driving licence
