A great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a quality-driven house builder delivering new homes across Worcestershire. You’ll support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations, ensuring build quality, safety and customer standards are met throughout the construction process.

This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career within residential construction and gain hands‑on experience across all stages of house building.

• Daily supervision of trades and subcontractors on site.
• Monitoring build quality, progress and housekeeping standards.
• Assisting with H&S compliance, inductions and RAMS.
• Supporting short-term programming and material coordination.
• Liaising with suppliers, NHBC and Building Control.
• Assisting with snagging, handovers and customer care processes.
• Maintaining site records, reports and documentation.

• Experience working on residential new build housing schemes.
• Strong awareness of build quality, safety and customer standards.
• Confident communicating with subcontractors and site teams.
• Proactive, organised and keen to learn.
• CSCS essential; SSSTS/First Aid beneficial or willingness to train.
• Full UK driving licence.
