We're recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected residential developer in their Worcester office. Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you'll support the financial and contractual management of multiple housing developments across the Midlands.

• Assist in managing the commercial function on multiple residential schemes
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, valuations, and cost reports
• Procure subcontractors and support negotiations
• Manage payments, variations, and contract administration
• Monitor project costs and challenge overspend
• Work with construction and technical teams to support project delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

• HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Experience as an Assistant QS or Quantity Surveyor within residential construction
• Good commercial awareness and strong communication skills
• Understanding of construction processes and standard forms of contract
• Ambition to progress towards Senior Quantity Surveyor
• RICS/CIOB membership (or working towards) is beneficial
