Due to the continued success and growth of their business, our client is looking to employ a further Customer Service Advisor, you will enjoy working closely alongside your experienced colleagues who will support you to learn to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer.
The Customer Service Advisors play a key role in the success of the business by performing the main duties below and to have the following experience
* Excellent customer service attitude and skills
* Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional phone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* IT proficient
