Join us for your placement year in summer 2026. Our internship is designed to give you insight into what it’s like to work for a world‑renowned brand with a culture of support and community.
Responsibilities- Act as a project team member on international NPI purchasing engineering projects.
- Introduce new components from concept stage to product introduction.
- Develop engineering changes to existing parts to enhance cost, quality, and time, liaising with suppliers, R&D, quality, and manufacturing to meet project milestones and identify cost drivers.
- Undergraduate student seeking a placement year within an engineering degree – if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.
- Student from an engineering background.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
- Basic understanding of 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Good organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing working environments and embrace new digitalisation.
- Confidence to challenge and create new ideas.
- Capability to work well in a team as well as independently, using own initiative.
- Quality mind‑set with high attention to detail.

- Contract duration: 1 year.
- Working hours:
39 hours per week – standard pattern 08:00–17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:00 Friday with 1‑hour lunch break.
