My client is a well-established company that creates and distributes products across the world. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their existing team. As a Maintenance Manager, your role will focus on leading and motivating the engineering team across the Worcester site.

• Lead and motivate the engineering team
• Review and improve manufacturing processes
• Managing factory CI projects and factory installations
• Ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Create and implement a maintenance engineering strategy
• Recruit, train and develop the engineering team
• Provide technical support to the wider team

• Previous experience working in a Maintenance Manager or equivalent position
• Experienced working within food production would be advantageous
• Experienced in SAP or a similar ERP system
• Must be a team player
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must have a CI/Lean approach
