Independent Financial Adviser

Are you an ambitious Financial Planner looking to take the next step in your career, with the perfect blend of existing clients and room to grow? We're working with a well-established independent financial planning firm that's looking to hire a talented Independent Financial Planner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Adviser with 2-5 years' experience who's confident managing client relationships, generating new business and delivering holistic financial planning advice.

You'll benefit from an existing client base, including a number of long-standing relationships transitioning from a retiring Adviser, while also being encouraged and supported to build your own portfolio of clients.

• Provide comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and IHT planning
• Take over a warm portfolio of established clients, ensuring continuity of service and building long-term relationships
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate referrals through professional connections, networking and client recommendations
• Work collaboratively with Paraplanners and Administrators to deliver compliant, tailored financial advice
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards in line with FCA regulations

• Basic salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
• Attractive bonus structure linked to performance and new business generation
• Client bank provided, with additional clients available through succession planning
• Hybrid working (office-based and client meetings across Worcestershire)
• Excellent administrative and paraplanning support

• Diploma qualified (level
  4) Financial Adviser, ideally progressing toward Chartered status
• 2-5 years' experience providing regulated financial advice
• Proven relationship builder with strong communication and business development skills
• Confident delivering holistic advice and managing client portfolios
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking environment
