Trinity House Group are working with an ambitious, acquisitive business in Worcester that is entering an exciting phase of growth and integration. This is a hands on Financial Controller role with real breadth and ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, control, and building a high quality finance function.

You will take responsibility for the end to end finance operation, ensuring strong financial discipline, robust processes, and clear reporting as the business continues to scale.

The Role

• Design, implement, and maintain rigorous financial controls and processes.
• Manage cashflow, forecasting, and working capital.
• Lead audit, tax, and external advisor relationships.
• Support acquisitions including integration and post deal finance alignment.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Experience managing end to end finance in an SME or growth environment.
• Comfortable improving processes and strengthening controls.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence.
• Enjoy being close to the detail while developing the function for the future.
