Finance Business Partner

Salary: £44,631 – £47,552 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid / Worcestershire Wildwood Office

Team: Service Finance

About the role

A key role focusing on supporting our Management Accounting function with emphasis on monitoring, reporting, controlling spend within the Adults Services external care market, and completing statutory government returns. This high‑impact position requires strong financial insight, excellent attention to detail and the ability to challenge assumptions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial decisions are supported by accurate, timely information.

As a newly created role you will shape how things are done within the team, balancing recurring month‑to‑month tasks with diverse projects. The role supports two adult services groups, providing financial insights and seamless integration with day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, report and control spend within the Adults Services external care market.
  • Complete statutory government returns.
  • Provide financial insights for operational services and senior management.
  • Challenge assumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to support financial decision‑making.
  • Take part in diverse projects and help shape team processes.
