We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Finance Officer to join our Adult Social Care Finance team and play a vital role in shaping how resources are used to deliver high-quality care.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Finance Officer, you’ll be a trusted finance partner to Adult Social Care managers, helping them understand their budgets, plan for the future and make informed decisions. Your work will directly support frontline services and ensure public money is used effectively.

You will play an important part in helping the service deliver value for money while meeting statutory responsibilities and supporting vulnerable adults.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, can interpret large volumes of data, can see the bigger picture, and is confident explaining financial information in a clear and approachable way.
