This position is responsible for cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The Plant Accountant will work closely with the Operations Controller, the operations team, and facility leadership to support accurate financial performance reporting and enhance operational efficiencies.

• AAT and/or CIMA qualified or working towards
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Highly IT literate in a mainstream ERP system and Windows, particularly Excel required
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Finance role
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
